Institut Pasteur de Dakar is the one of the 4 Producers worldwide by the WHO approved and it plays, in fact CE, a determining role in the availability of this worldwide vaccine at the Travers Tenders of United Nations Organizations (UNICEF, WHO…)
We currently have need a vaccine anti-yellow fever with a capacity of production worldwide and that is why the construction project of a new unit (project AfricAmaril ) has started in 2013 so that the continent left a production plant meeting the highest standards and capable of producing more than 20 million doses per year.
