The activities of the virology center evolve within the framework of the IPD's missions with:

Research, of which 4 main themes are developed and concerned

• Arboviruses and haemorrhagic fever viruses (AVFH),

• Rabies and encephalitis diseases,

• Enteric viruses and

• Respiratory viruses
